Returns

We offer a quiet 30-day return policy on THE SEPARATORS. If they don't feel right for you, send them back for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We don't ask why.

To start a return, email hello@composedstudio.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.

THE SOAK is non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless the tin arrives damaged.

Shipping

We ship within two business days from our warehouse. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days within the US. Shipping is free on every order during the Founder's Edition.

Every order is packaged by hand. We are deliberate about this — and about not rushing the work.

Care

THE SEPARATORS: Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water. Air dry. Return to the case. They will last for years if cared for properly.

THE SOAK: Keep the tin sealed between uses. Use within twelve months for best aromatic quality.
