Refund Policy

We offer a quiet 30-day return on THE SEPARATORS.

If they don't feel right for you, send them back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not ask why.

To begin a return, email hello@composedstudio.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. There is no charge to return.

Once the unused product is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

THE SOAK and other consumable products will be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, email hello@composedstudio.co with a photograph within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it at no cost.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.

Founder's Edition customer numbers (001–500) are tied to the order they were issued with. If you return a Founder's Edition item, your number is not transferable to a future order.
