What size do they come in?
THE SEPARATORS are one size, designed to fit most adult feet. The medical-grade silicone has enough give to flex to fit different toe shapes and widths.
Are THE SEPARATORS a medical device?
No. THE SEPARATORS are a recovery and wellness object, not a medical device. They are designed to help create space between toes that have been compressed by pointe shoes, tight footwear, or long days of standing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Will they fix my bunions, hammertoes, or other foot conditions?
No. We do not make claims about treating, fixing, or preventing any specific foot condition. THE SEPARATORS are designed to give your toes space and support natural alignment as part of a recovery ritual. If you are managing a foot condition, please see a podiatrist.
Are they comfortable for first-time users?
THE SEPARATORS are designed to feel gentle from the first use. If you have very compressed toes — common in dancers, runners, and women who have worn pointe shoes or heels for years — the first few wears may feel like an intentional stretch. We recommend starting with 15–20 minutes and building up to longer wear as your feet adjust.
How do I clean them?
Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water. Air dry. Avoid the dishwasher and avoid prolonged sun exposure (it can dull the blush color over time).
Are they vegan?
Yes. Silicone is a synthetic, non-animal-derived material. THE SEPARATORS contain no animal products.
What is your approach to sustainability?
THE SEPARATORS are medical-grade silicone — designed to last for years, not to be replaced. The most sustainable product is the one you don't need to buy again. On packaging and shipping, we are still early. For Run 1, we use standard supplier packaging while we work on better solutions for future runs. We are not perfect, but we are honest about where we are and committed to improving.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
What's your return policy?
A quiet 30-day return policy. If THE SEPARATORS don't feel right for you, send them back within 30 days for a full refund. We don't ask why.
